Bookstore Return Policy

Email your request to return to returns@armonddalton.com.

You will receive an approval/denial email with a return authorization number or an explanation of denial according to the following policy.

Bookstore Returns Policy: 

• • Advance authorization is required before items can be returned.
  • Books/Access Cards with a serial code that has been revealed will be considered used, and credit will not be given.
  • Books must be in the original unopened packaging.
  • Authorization to return items will be granted up to six months from the date of invoice. Exceptions are made in the case of new editions.
  • Returns are assumed as being returned off your most recent invoice purchase.
  • Invoices must be paid in full.
  • Orders with equal quantity bundle discounts must have equal quantities returned. Discounts given on equal quantities will be removed from unmatched returns.
  • Freight costs are to be paid by the buyer unless the return is due to an Armond Dalton Publishers error.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be charged against credit given for returned items.
